I offer practical help for people who are unhappy for whatever reason, or who are facing difficult life choices. I have a professional certificate of Merit in counselling skills and I am a member of Associated Stress Consultants (ASC). I am a firm believer that you cannot approach counselling in the same way for everyone. We are all different and that is why I treat every client on an individual basis. I will never judge you or make assumptions about your life. I will encourage you to be open in our e-mail discussions, as this is the only way I can truly help you.

I operate to the following code of conduct:

All emails will be responded to within 48 hours (normally 24 hours)

All pricing will be fair and transparent

Counselling will be confidential, unless the client is likely to endanger his/herself or another person. In this instance I will always discuss the situation with the client before disclosing any information to a third party.

I will never advise continuation if it is of no value to my client.

I will always operate to the highest practitioner standards

I will keep a confidential record for each client. The client has the right to request a copy of thier file at any time.
